Cancellation & Delay Policy

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies after a deposit has been made.

  • If we arrive at the premises and the client is not available, 100% of the delivery fee is due.

  • Standard delivery allows for 15 minutes standing/waiting time and 1 hour per delivery.
      – Additional standing or delivery time will be charged at R500 per hour.

  • The client is responsible for notifying Mr Water Delivery of any:
      – Access limitations or risks related to a 20-ton truck/double axle
      – Requirements for pumping more than two stories
      – Private roads, estate access restrictions, or more than 100m of pipe needed

  • If a truck is required to enter the client’s premises, the client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused.

Payment & Receipt Policy

  • No cash is to be handed to drivers without a receipt book and approval from head office.

  • All goods remain the property of Mr Water Delivery until paid in full.

  • Full payment is required in advance, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed.

Municipal Treated Water

  • This water is intended for irrigation purposes only, not for domestic or household use.

  • Minimum order: 10,000 litres.

  • By placing an order, the client indemnifies Mr Water Delivery from any misuse or human consumption of this water.

 Warranty Issues- Queries & Complaints

  • For any issues regarding:

    – Water quality
      – Driver conduct
      – Quantity delivered
      – Property damage
      – Or any other dissatisfaction
      Please submit your query in writing within 7 days of delivery to info@mrwaterdelivery.co.za.

  • We are unable to address queries submitted after this 7-day warranty window.

Additional Delivery Terms

  • Final charges will reflect the actual litres delivered, billed at the agreed per-litre rate.

  • Depending on the volume ordered and scheduling, deliveries may occur in multiple cycles to complete the full amount.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a 50% fee.

  • If no client is present at time of delivery, and no prior cancellation notice is received, 50% of the fee is due.
